SPECSEAL Meditation Retreat #1

From 2–4 August 2013, Managing Director Pongsak Jirawatphongsa and Deputy Managing Director Uraiwan Jirawatphongsa led SPECSEAL executives, employees, family members, relatives and friends on the first SPECSEAL meditation retreat at Phu Tawan Resort in Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima.

Phra Ajarn Kittichet Sirivaddhako and monks and nuns from Boonyanupab Meditation Centre guided participants in mindfulness practice, including walking and sitting meditation, chanting and Dhamma talks. The retreat encouraged awareness and wisdom that participants could apply in daily life and at work.
