SPECSEAL Dhamma For You on 31 January 2016

SPECSEAL continued its commitment to sharing Dhamma with Thai industry by organising a one-day meditation course for customers and friends on Sunday, 31 January 2016, at its head office on Sirindhorn Road.

Phra Ajarn Kittichet Sirivaddhako kindly gave a talk on “Happiness in the Heart through the Four Brahmaviharas.”

Monks, nuns and volunteers from Boonyanupab Meditation Centre in Lampang guided participants in meditation and the “Buddhas at Home” activity, encouraging love and gratitude towards parents and benefactors.

The event brought joy and appreciation of the Buddha’s teachings. Participants gained insights they could apply to work and family life, and many found a clearer direction for their lives.
