SPECSEAL Second-Quarter Performance Review

On Tuesday, 16 August 2011, SPECSEAL held a meeting to review results from January to July, discuss difficulties and work together on solutions.

As in every meeting, management emphasised employee development, further learning, encouragement and practical guidance. This session included additional training on “Change Management” to help employees become more aware, committed and effective in achieving their goals.
