SPECSEAL Exclusive Workshop: An In-Depth Dialogue on Quality of Life for Working People in Thai Society

SPECSEAL Co., Ltd. organised an exclusive workshop in the form of a Representative Insight Dialogue, bringing executives and employee representatives together to exchange perspectives on “Quality of Life for Working People in Thai Society.” The discussion integrated five key frameworks from Eastern and Western disciplines to deepen understanding of the foundations of happiness and success at work.

Participants actively shared views on building financial discipline for greater stability, preparing for technological change and AI, and caring for physical and mental well-being—all essential to a good quality of life. Beyond fostering mutual understanding, the dialogue led to practical approaches to help employees enjoy greater happiness and stability while growing sustainably with the organisation.
