Ms. Uraiwan Jirawatphongsa, Vice President of SPECSEAL Co., Ltd., and the management team organised training for the heads and deputy heads of all 11 departments. The programme aimed to strengthen unity and teamwork across the company’s four offices in preparation for 2024 and changes that may affect operations. It also introduced a policy to restructure the human resources function under the new name “Human Resource & Solution,” connecting people, services, specialist expertise and technology to improve human resource management.

The world faces increasing change, from the aftermath of COVID-19 and economic volatility to conflicts overseas. Executives and department heads recognise the potential effects on the business and its people and are preparing for the challenges ahead.
