SPECSEAL Executive Training: Organizational Management

On 19 June 2009, Ms. Uraiwan Jirawatpongsa, Executive Director of SPECSEAL, led a SPECSEAL Executive Training session for the company’s management team.

She shared knowledge, work experience and management skills developed over more than 30 years. The training helped participants deepen their understanding of management, develop their own capabilities and apply what they learned to improve the efficiency of their departments.
