SPECSEAL Happy People, Happy Results Masterclass (Ep.1)

A model employee development programme: “The ONENESS Happiness Wheel — Happy People, Successful Work”

Based on Uraiwan Jirawatphongsa’s doctoral research, “Integrating Ikigai and the Four Paths to Accomplishment with Contemporary Well-being Sciences to Improve the Quality of Life of Working-age People in Thai Society,” this class translated research-based innovation into practical approaches to employee development and sustainable organisational growth. Executives, managers and staff representatives from SPECSEAL Co., Ltd.’s four offices — the head office on Sirindhorn Road, Bangna, Rangsit and Amata Nakorn — took part. The programme fostered a warm atmosphere of unity and creativity, and was a success thanks to everyone’s cooperation.

All 32 participants completed a 30-question self-reflection survey based on The ONENESS Model, highlighting the importance of holistic well-being for their lives, work and organisation. They also joined the group activity “Watering the Tree of Life,” covering four key dimensions: personal fulfilment, professional excellence, social harmony and sustainable development. The class concluded with each participant making a personal commitment through “My ONENESS Action Plan 30 Days” to cultivate “a fulfilled heart, outstanding work, positive relationships and a sustainable world.” The aim was to help employees enjoy greater happiness alongside success at work, while adapting to today’s rapidly changing world.
