SPECSEAL Sales Seminar Strategies for Sales Excellence

On Tuesday, 9 December 2014, SPECSEAL held an off-site meeting for the sales teams from all four offices, sales support staff, office managers and department heads.

The vice chair shared ideas on restructuring the sales team to build a foundation for the organisation’s long-term development. Participants contributed useful suggestions for sales management strategies and future customer service.

The friendly, creative atmosphere helped build confidence throughout the team.
